The ThredUp Challenge
I have partnered with ThredUp and they gave me a challenge of what can $50 buy from their site.
One thing you know about me is my love for thrifted clothes. I’m an advocate for recycling and reusing clothes. And of course I love a good challenge! So you can tell that this activity, I’m excited to tackle.
My ThredUp Picks
I was able to purchase 5 items of clothing from ThredUp. I had to return the jacket because it was way too big for me. I thought I can get away with the oversized coat trend, but I shuddered when I saw myself in the mirror trying it on.
ThredUp’s return policy is easy and quick. I was able to return the item immediately and just waiting for the credit to my account. Once that comes through, I’ll make a follow-up post to share what I bought with the credit.
Miss 2 Day Dress, $11.99, more ThredUp casual dresses here
Liz Claiborne Sweater, $7.99
Knox Rose Boho Blouse, $6.99, more awesome ThredUp tops here
Fuda Jacket, $9.99 (returned, sigh*)
Ambience Apparel top, $11.99
What do you think of my picks?
So far I have worn 3 of the 4 items except for the metallic sequined top Ambience Apparel, which will be worn at one of my Christmas dinner get-togethers.
Knox Rose top (ThredUp), jeans, vest (thrifted), Sam Edelman booties (MIL gift)
Miss 2 Day dress (ThredUp), boots (thrifted), moto jacket (MIL gift)
Liz Claiborne sweater (ThredUp), Old Navy skirt, ColeHaan Boots (thrifted)
